EXCHANGE - GERMANY SUMMER 2002

In the Summer of 2002, 12 students from Westwood High School traveled to Germany for three and a half weeks as part of a German/American exchange program sponsored by the German and American governments.  These students first spent a week in Berlin touring before taking the train down to the Black Forest region where they would spend two and a half weeks living with a German family and attending local high school classes.  While in the Black Forest, students participated in many activities including hiking, canoeing, touring local businesses, visiting an amusement park, and visits to the disco.  Students also participated in many other activities with their host families.
