The purpose of this club is to allow students to explore the culture of French-speaking peoples by participating in activities not possible during the school day. Each meeting has a planned activity such as movies, folk dancing, cuisine, guest speakers, craft projects and games. We organize parties to celebrate Mardi Gras and Christmas. We always plan a special year-end club dinner at an elegant French restaurant. We may attend French movies, plays, art exhibits, etc., as available.

Sponsors:  Sue Cotter, Jim Frasier
Meeting day and time: 2nd Thursday of the month 4:15 to 6:00, usually ending at 5:30 pm

Fund-raiser: Crepe sale during National French Week in November and at Mardi Gras (in February or March), French Valentine "Kisses"
