Have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent).
- Be a US citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551.
- Be pursuing or plan to pursue your first undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Must apply for federal financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Be enrolled or plan to enroll full-time as an undergrad or graduate student in the U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam.

  MYRA HASTY & DR. PAT MCLEOD SCHOLARSHIPS
The goal of the scholarship program is to provide assistance to outstanding CTE (Career & Technical Education) students who plan to continue their education.  In doing so, CTAT offers 10 scholarships named in honor of Myra Hasty & Dr. Pat McLeod in the amount of $1,000 each.  The recipients of the scholarship will be honored at the CTAT Annual Summer Conference in July 2010.  Please come by the Counseling Center for an application.

MARCH 15, 2010 AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY
Applicants must be daughters, step-daughters, sons, step-sons, grandsons, granddaughters, step-grandsons or step-granddaughters or veterans who served in the Armed Forces during eligibility dates (see application for dates).  Applications are available in the Counseling Ctr.
MARCH 15, 2010 UNITED HERITAGE "LEROY HILLER" MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Applicants must be a member of United Heritage Credit Union or be related to member and have community service experience.  Applications are available in the Counseling Ctr.
MARCH 25, 2010 ROUND ROCK HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY BOOSTER CLUB SCHOLARSHIP
Applicants must be a graduating senior; planning to attend a junior college, college, university or technical school; be a member of the RRHS Cross Country team in the fall of their senior year; have met the eligibility requirements for UIL participation during the senior year.  Applications are available in the Counseling Ctr. 
MARCH 29, 2010 THE CHARLES, LELA, AND MARY SLOUGH FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP
Applicants must have at least a 3.0 GPA, be a US citizen and be a Texas resident at the time of application.  Applicant must submit: a Slough Scholarship Application, the results of their Free Application for Federal Student Aid, a one page essay, and provide an overall copy of their high school transcript.  The high school transcript should include their high school rank, overall GPA and any SAT or ACT scores.  Apply online at: www.midland.edu/admissions/aid/forms/slough.pdf
MARCH 31, 2010 CHAPPAREL WOMEN'S CLUB 2010 COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP
Chaparral Women’s Club is sponsoring four scholarships for Williamson County high school seniors graduating in 2010.  Each scholarship has its own selection criteria.  The same application will be used for all scholarships.  Students must indicate on the application the scholarship(s) for which they are applying.  Applications are available in the Counseling Ctr. 
MARCH 31, 2010 GOSS-MICHAEL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION
Applicants must pursue a degree in visual arts upon graduation.  Please come by the Counseling Center for application.

AUSTIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE INCOMING FRESHMAN SCHOLARSHIP
ACC offers several scholarships to incoming freshman students.  Applications are available online at:

APRIL 1, 2010 GREATER AUSTIN CONTRACTORS AND ENGINEERS ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP
The Greater ACEA scholarship fund provides financial assistance to youth pursuing educational opportunities in the construction and/or engineering career fields or other career fields that will enhance the communities in which they live.  Requirements of the applicant include:
- Current senior
- Residence in Travis, Williamson, Burnet, Blanco, Hays, Caldwell, or Bastrop Counties
- Completion of the ACEA scholarship application
- And a brief essay (300-500 words) about you and your career goals

APRIL 1, 2010 ROUND ROCK AREA AGGIE MOM'S SCHOLARSHIP
Applicants must be graduating seniors from high schools in the RR area who will be attending A&M University.  Applications are available in the Counseling Ctr. 
APRIL 2, 2010 BILL BUCHHOLTZ MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Choral Scholarship available to college-bound senior who has been active in the choral program of their high school, and plans to continue their musical involvement in college.  Applications available in the Counseling Ctr.
APRIL 3, 2010 PROFESSIONAL WOMEN OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP
Offers two scholarships, the traditional scholarship will awarded to a Williamson County high school student entering the first year of college and the non-traditional scholarship will be awarded to a female student pursuing a professional education or state certification.  Applications are available in the Counseling Ctr. 
APRIL 8, 2010 WILLIAMSON COUNTY REPUBLICAN WOMEN SCHOLARSHIP
Applicants must be graduating, Williamson County female students who have an interest in and an awareness of one’s need to become involved in the political process.  Applications are available in the Counseling Ctr.
APRIL 9, 2010 AIMEE MELISSA DAVIS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
The Austin Community Foundation has the privilege to administer the Aimee Melissa Davis Memorial Scholarship.  This scholarship is open to graduating seniors attending a high school in Travis or Williamson County living with an insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus who will attend a college or university.  Applications are available in the Counseling Ctr. 
APRIL 15, 2010 HISPANIC SCHOLARSHIP CONSORTIUM

The Austin Association of Insurance Professionals (AAIP) offers the Eloise Wood Scholarship to qualified college bound high school seniors in the Austin area.  Applications are available in the Counseling Ctr. 
APRIL 23, 2010 ROUND ROCK NOON LIONS CLUB

AL'S FORMAL WEAR, ASCOT TUXEDOS AND BRIDESMART-SAULTE TO EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

AMERICAN COUNCIL OF THE BLIND OF TEXAS SCHOLARSHIP
Requirements for scholarship include, legal or total blindness, 3.0 GPA and acceptance for admission at a college or vocational/trade school.

AUGUST 31

WILL TO WIN - SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Sponsored by Schering-Plough, the "Will to Win" program will grant $50,000 in scholarships to 2 high school seniors who have achieved success Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Community Service, Athletics or Science, despite the challenge of asthma.

The Writing Program at the University of Texas at San Antonio is again offering a $5,000 scholarship for incoming UTSA freshmen.  Applicants must compose a 1000 to 2000 word essay, supported with at least two sources, in which they address the role of writing in today’s multimedia world.  Applications are available in the Counseling Ctr.

Senior students who participated in the College Connection program, and have a 2.25 GPA may apply. Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the ACC scholarship application. This application will also be used for consideration for other ACC scholarships. Seniors planning to attend Florida State University may apply for a $500 scholarship. Student must have a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale, demonstrate community and school involvement and participation including athletics, student government, journalism, service organizations, music, drama, etc.
