Purple Sage Elementary School is located in
southwestern Williamson County in the hill country of central Texas.
In 1981, Purple Sage Elementary opened for the school year with 241 students. As of
August 2012, approximately 300 students form the student body. Our school is named after the native sage that has a purple flower. Our school colors are purple and grey. Our mascot is "The Rider" from Zane Grey's novel "Riders of the Purple Sage."
