Clothes Closet
RRISD operates a clothes closet. If you
have gently used clothing that your child has outgrown, bring the items
to the clinic. The clothes are taken to a central distribution center
and given out to families needing assistance. If you need help with
clothing, stop by my office to pick up a referral form. All requests are
confidential.
Communicable Disease
Please report all communicable diseases
to me as these have to be reported to the county health department. This
includes but is not limited to strep throat, conjunctivitis (pink eye),
ring worm, and chickenpox.
Emergency Contacts
Remember to keep all phone numbers and
addresses current so you can be contacted in case of an emergency. If
you are going to be out of town, written authorization stating who is
caring for your child is necessary.
Health Problems
Please let me know about any health
problems or other pertinent information about your child which might
develop during the school year. If you would like to set up a
conference, call me at 428 2659.
