2009 Supplies for Students Distribution
Thank you for your interest in
volunteering for our annual Supplies for Students Distribution.
Due to the overwhelming support from our community, we currently
have enough volunteers to assist with this year's distribution
of school supplies. Please continue to check the
RRISD
Partners in Education website for future volunteer
opportunities.
Volunteer Information:
The
distribution will be held in the cafeteria at
Stony Point High
School, 1801 Tiger Trail (formerly Bowman Road,) Round Rock, TX 78664. You should park
in the East parking lot next to the water tower, NOT in front of
the school. Please remember
to sign in when you arrive.
It is is important to
wear comfortable
clothing and shoes. For safety reasons, closed toed shoes are
required. Please be advised that due to the nature of the event,
there usually are not opportunities for volunteers to sit down.
The task(s) you will be performing may require bending,
repetitive motion and lifting. Children ages 10-17 are
encouraged to volunteer on Thursday and Saturday
only. Please let me know if you

your needs.
