Technology Education I & II

Technology Education I

Prerequisites: Grade 7 or 8 standing

This course is a hands-on activity-based overview course designed to increase the students' understanding of the development and use of technology. The areas covered are communication, computer applications, construction, manufacturing, energy, power, transportation and bio-related technologies. 

Technology Education II

Prerequisites:

1. Grade 8 standing

2. Successful completion of Technology Education I

For second year Technology Education students, each campus will offer a combination of two of the following courses:

• Exploring Communication Technology

• Exploring Construction Technology

• Exploring Energy, Power, and Transportation Technology

• Exploring Manufacturing Technology
