Boy's Athletics Practice

 

 

The athlete owes it to his team to attend and to be on time for all practices.

 

Absence Policy

  • If an athlete has two absences or is late for practice two times in a week, he will not participate in that week's contest.

  • If an athlete serves detention that requires practice time to be missed, it will count as a missed practice.

  • If the athlete is in SAC or suspended from school, he will not participate in that that day's activities.

 

Practice Times

 

  • Morning practices will begin at 6:30 A.M. and conclude at 7:45 A.M. daily.  Afternoon practices will begin at 3:45 P.M. and end  at 5:00  P.M. daily.

  • Athletes will also practice during their athletic period. Injured athletes should attend practices to learn by observation and to participate in alternate workouts, if possible. In case of inclement weather, practice will take place inside. Practices will not be cancelled.
