Outdoor Sports and Recreation

Prerequisites: Grade 7 or 8 standing

In this course, students develop knowledge and skills in activities that promote an active lifestyle through lifetime leisure and recreational sport activities. Activities may include orienteering, hiking, camping, biking, fishing, etc.
