Canyon Vista Middle School ElectivesKeyboarding
Prerequisites: Grade 7 or 8 standing
This course develops basic keyboarding skills applicable to both the typewriter and the computer. Emphasis is placed on the mastery of touch control of keyboard characters, correct key stroking, proper manipulation of operative parts, and care of the machine. Keyboarding skills are required for computer-related high school courses.
