Practice Information

  • Volleyball and Basketball practice for the Red and Blue teams is during the athletic period and before or after school, Monday through Friday.
  • This year the 8th grade will practice Volleyball before school, 6:45 am to 8:00 am and Basketball before school, 6:45 am to 8:00 am.
  • The 7th graders will practice Volleyball after school, 3:45 pm to 5:30 pm. Basketball before school, 6:45 am to 8:00 am.
  • Cross Country practices three days per week before school.
  • Track is a second semester sport and practice is during the athletic period and before or after school, Monday through Friday when the season begins.
  • A calendar of practice times and activities is available to your daughter at the beginning of each month.
