Helping In Haiti...
The students at Blackland Prairie Elementary were involved in the humanitarian efforts to ease the widespread suffering in the aftermath of the earthquake in Haiti. The school collected monetary donations to send directly to the Red Cross. In addition to that, students donated shoes for the Salvation Army and Soles for Souls program. Pictured here is McKenzie G. with the S.O.S. (supply of shoes) effort, which was a big success!
