Overview
Pre-AP Algrebra 2 is a foundational course for AP Calculus and the IB Maths. It covers many topics to a greater depth than students have previously experienced in their math background. The course moves at a fairly fast pace and students are expected to be highly motivated in order to progress.

    3223 Pre-AP Algebra 2

    Prerequisite:
    1. Credit in Algebra 1 and Pre-AP Geometry
    2. Must meet the honors program entry criteria

    Description:
    This course extends the content of Algebra 2 (3222) as well as building a firm foundation for upper level Advanced Placement and IB courses. Out-of-class reading and research are expected.
