- Romeo writes a letter to his lost love Juliet's father, Lord Capulet, this letter tells and explains both the marriage and his undying love for Juliet. He thus sends this letter unto the Lord hoping to right the wrongs which have been committed against him and his love, the lady, Juliet.

- Juliet before taking in the potion from the Friar Lawrence, writes a note hoping that in turn her husband, Romeo of Montague, will find and read it. Her death having been a fake, she wishes that when Romeo discovers the letter he will understand all, hence preventing further mishaps to occur.

- These two letters create a paradox, or disturbance in fate thus twisting the story into a new ending. However, time itself abhors a paradox and whilst the coin may have only two sides, nobody ever assumed the coin could land on it's edge. Therefore, we will see both a new and alternate ending and two star crossed lover's attempt at changing their destinies and rewriting the present before it occurs.
