What's happening at our school...
Author Susan Crummel Visits 
Susan Steven Crummel, author of many books including Cook-a-Doodle-Doo, And the Dish Ran Away with the Spoon, The Great Fuzz Frenzy, and Help Me, Mr. Mutt presented to all of our students in the library. She read some of her books and had students act out the scenes, shared what an author's life was like, and autographed copies of her books. The students and teachers all enjoyed her visit very much!

HolidaysBrown Santa

Brown Santa is a community service program through the Travis County Sheriff's Office. Every Christmas, they help provide for hundreds of families (living in the unincorporated areas of Travis County) in need of presents for the holiday. The goal for the 2009 season is to help 1600 families, which will include approximately 10,000 children.

If you would like more information or know of any family that is in need of such a service, please read the information flyer.

SBAC Meetings
meetingThe Site-Based Advisory Committee meetings will be held in the Wells Branch Library from 3:30 - 4:30.
