Great News about Gold Performance Acknowledgements!
Union Hill received four 2008-09 Gold Performance Acknowledgements from the Texas Education Agency. TEA recognizes districts and campuses for high academic performance on various indicators. Commended subject awards are given for having 30 percent or more of students in each student group scoring at or above TAKS commended level. Comparable improvement awards compare a school's performance to a group of 40 similar schools.

- November 24 - Annual Turkey Trot Fun Run
Families are invited to come and watch the Turkey Trot, which is held during Specials time for each grade level. - November 25 - 27 - Thanksgiving Holiday. No school!
December
- December 1 - 5th Grade DARE Graduation at 8:30 am in the cafeteria
- December 2 - all science fair projects are due!
- December 3 - Science Fair - Families are invited to view projects at 6:30 pm in the cafeteria.
- December 4 - 4th grade Field Trip to Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum
- December 18 - Class holiday parties

Union Hill is a PreK through fifth grade elementary school in Round Rock ISD. We serve regular education, bilingual and Title I students.
