Here's how it works:

- A letter is sent home the month your child has their birthday explaining the program. 

- If you wish to participate in the Birthday Book Club, come into the library or send a $15.00 check into the library.  This is the average cost of a library book. 

- Your child gets to choose, or you can choose for them, a book from our collection.

- On the day of your child's birthday, we will announce it in your child's class with the book that has been chosen. 

- He/She will be the first person to check the book out of the library.

- The front of the book will have a special dedication bookplate with your child's name.
