 Cindy
Doty started her career in education twenty-six years
ago and was a teacher for seventeen years. In
1992, she came to Austin from Fort Bend ISD, and was
founding faculty of McNeil. Cindy became
Assistant Principal in 1998, later in 2003, she
was moved to Associate Principal at McNeil High School.
In 2006, Mrs. Doty was
honored by the Texas Association of Secondary School
Principals (TASSP, Region 13) when she was chosen
as Assistant Principal of the Year.
She is dedicated to
preserving all that is special about McNeil, and
applauds it's faculty, staff and students. Additionally,
Mrs. Doty has a strong commitment to the relevant
learning of academics.
Mrs. Doty has enjoyed serving
McNeil High School in all different capacities and looks
forward to continuing to serve McNeil as your Principal.
