Hopewell Parents,
Starting the 2012-2013 school year, Health Services will have a new medication policy. The new policy will no longer allow the nurses to send home medication with your student, at the end of the school year. You will be required to pick up the medication on or before the last day of school, or the nurse can properly dispose of it. When filling out the Request to Administer Medication, you will indicate your choice then. The new policy is for ALL medication, to include inhalers, Epipens, Diastat, etc.
