Did you know that you can report your child's absence online? From the
Fern Bluff homepage, go to "Parent Resources" and then
"Report an Absence Online". If you fill this form out
before 7:30 am on the day of the absence, you can save yourself a phone
call.
The Fern
Bluff Family Handbook is also available under Parent Resources.
Printed versions of the handbook are available upon request in the
office.

Grandparent's
Day
Round Rock ISD Food Services is inviting Grandparents to join the students for
lunch on Friday, Sept. 5th or Monday, Sept. 8th. Please complete the
reservation form and
return it to the school cafeteria manager no later than Tuesday, September 2nd.
The
Fern Bluff PTA publishes a weekly newsletter with information about upcoming
events, special celebrations, opportunities to get involved, and news about our
school and the local community. The first
newsletter of the year is available here - so you can check it out! The PTA
newsletter is distributed via email to those that have signed up for email
distribution and is not going to be sent home in hardcopy. If you would like to
receive the weekly newsletter, please send an email to the PTA Communications
Chair, Melissa Strachan, at
melissa_strachan4@hotmail.com. Melissa will add
you to the PTA Google Group and you will be sure not to miss any news or
information about what is happening at our school. If you have any questions,

Recycle
Please do not throw away your personal and your business's used ink and toner
cartridges! Donate them to Fern Bluff elementary by dropping them in the recycle
box across from the main office or by sending them with your child. Thank
you!
