I just wanted to remind you that we are sponsoring a Family Fun Night for all Cedar Valley students, staff, and families next Tuesday, November 17 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. • TAG testing information The District will be posting the TAG referral packet on November 16 and removing it the evening of December 4. The actual referral packet will not be posted on our school campus web site, but instead we will provide a link to the district web site. In an effort to reduce waste and go green, we will not be providing paper copies of the referral packet. Please print a copy of the referral packet from the District website , fill it out and return it to: Natalie Shanks at Cedar Valley on or before Tuesday. December 7, 2009. Referral packets returned after December 7, 2009, cannot be processed for the January testing dates.

• November 2-20 Pennies for Patients Service Project
• November 17-18 7th grade Vision and Hearing screening. Students need to be sure and bring their glasses or corrective lenses on those days
• November 18 Fall Orchestra Concert @ 7:00 PM in the Cafeteria
• November 20 7th & 8th Grade Dance from 7:00-9:00 PM
• November 24 Fall Band Concert @ 7:00 PM @ the RRISD Performing Arts Center
• November 25-27 Thanksgiving Holiday no school!
